The present study primarily focuses on the characteristics of microbially mediated carbon metabolism in peatlands dominated by Carex and Sphagnum, located across different altitudinal gradients in the Changbai Mountains. The data examined encompass soil basic physicochemical properties, microbial biomass quantified through phospholipid fatty acid (PLFA) analysis, and isotope fractionation between different carbon chains of PLFAs and substrate carbon isotopes.

本研究主要聚焦于长白山不同海拔梯度上以薹草属(Carex)和泥炭藓属(Sphagnum)为优势物种的泥炭地中微生物介导的碳代谢特征。所分析的数据涵盖土壤基础理化性质、通过磷脂脂肪酸(phospholipid fatty acid, PLFA)分析定量得到的微生物生物量,以及磷脂脂肪酸不同碳链与底物碳同位素之间的同位素分馏情况。
