Whole genome sequencing of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vanillae. Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vanillae

Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vanillae (FUSAVN) is the most widely distributed disease in vanilla crop fields and has been identified as the main cause of vanilla crop losses. Despite the importance of FUSAVN to the vanilla crop industry, little is known about the genetics of FUSAVN. Here, de novo genome assemblies of five different FUSAVN isolates (from Costa Rica, Indonesia, and Comoros Island) were generated. The assemblies represent the complete genome sequence and include both structural, and functional annotations.
