Lisbon's city-region Baseline Survey

Baseline dataset collected via a structured, hetero-administered questionnaire targeting all adult residents (18+) of the Adroana and Cabeço de Mouro neighborhoods in Cascais. Designed to assess food insecurity, diet quality, food literacy, health status and behaviours, eating motivations, and sociodemographic profile prior to the implementation of FoodCLIC real-life interventions. Instruments used include the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES), Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ), Short Food Literacy Questionnaire (SFLQ), and items from the Eating Motivation Survey (TEMS). A total of 249 residents participated in the baseline survey.本基线数据集采用结构化访谈施测问卷，针对卡斯卡伊斯市阿德罗阿纳（Adroana）与卡贝苏-德穆罗（Cabeço de Mouro）街区所有18岁及以上成年居民采集所得。该问卷旨在在FoodCLIC真实场景干预项目实施前，评估受访者的粮食不安全状况、饮食质量、食品素养、健康状态与行为、进食动机以及社会人口学特征。本次研究使用的调查工具包括粮食不安全经历量表（Food Insecurity Experience Scale, FIES）、饮食质量问卷（Diet Quality Questionnaire, DQQ）、简短食品素养问卷（Short Food Literacy Questionnaire, SFLQ），以及进食动机调查（Eating Motivation Survey, TEMS）的相关条目。本次基线调查共计249名居民参与。
