vISA evidence artifact: Resource Continuity for Transparent WebAssembly Migration

This public artifact accompanies the paper "Evidence-Based Resource Continuity for Transparent WebAssembly Migration". It is a privacy-audited, receipt-bound publication view of the paper evidence. It includes the manuscript and supplement, portable LaTeX source, stock-zstd and SQLite application-observation projections, an endpoint-redacted cross-host zstd receipt, a compact Wanco carrier summary, and compact supporting receipts. The archive is bound to source revision 2b1fbc3f41ccd7d4c418e6a56490e9a5ca6adfe8. Individual receipts retain their actual evaluated revisions; this record does not retroactively relabel them as one rerun. It deliberately does not replace the historical regular-file evidence record. The public SQLite and typed-corpus projections identify withheld operational state through parent SHA-256 commitments. They are not in-place replay bundles. The cross-host zstd receipt is one clean correctness episode, not a cross-host performance, cross-ISA, cross-host SQLite, cryptographic-attestation, or power-loss-durability claim.
