资源简介:
This study employs Mendelian Randomization to identify SNP-linked genes, followed by differential expression analysis to pinpoint key genes associated with prostate cancer. Multidimensional data analysis provides new insights into their roles in the disease. The low expression of INPP5B, NEURL4, and Tyk2 correlates with improved disease prognosis, suggesting their potential as valuable biomarkers for future prostate cancer therapy and prognostic assessment. However, the specific mechanisms of these genes in the progression of prostate cancer require further investigation and clinical validation.
