PROV Recordkeeping Standards Framework Documents Issued 21-22

Section 12 of the Public Records Act 1973 (Vic) requires the Keeper of Public Records to establish standards for the efficient management of public records and assist public offices in the application of those standards to records under their control. The Act requires public offices to implement records management programs in accordance with the standards established by the Keeper. 1973年《维多利亚州公共档案法》（Public Records Act 1973 (Vic)）第12条明确要求公共档案保管人（Keeper of Public Records）制定公共档案高效管理标准，并协助各公共机构将该标准应用于其管控范围内的档案。该法同时规定，公共机构须依照公共档案保管人制定的标准实施档案管理计划。所有标准均可通过维多利亚公共档案办公室（Public Record Office Victoria，简称PROV）的官方网站www.prov.vic.gov.au/recordkeeping-government/standards-policies-rdas查询获取。
