Register of authorizations for change of use for tourist furnished accommodation

The authorizations listed in this list concern rentals of tourist furnished accommodation lasting more than 4 months per year for the main residences and for any rental outside the main residence. NB: rentals of tourist furnished accommodation can also be carried out legally on premises not listed as furnished (e.g. in premises for commercial use)本清单所列许可，涉及带家具旅游住宿的两类出租行为：一是以主居所用途、每年租期超过4个月的租赁，二是所有非主居所用途的租赁。 备注：带家具旅游住宿的租赁也可在未标注为带家具的场所（例如商业用途场所）合法进行。
