This is the private data for INFL model (paper link:xxx). To address the challenges of data heterogeneity and privacy in biomedical research, we collected private datasets specifically tailored to evaluate the performance of our model on gene perturbation tasks. These private datasets were collected to simulate real-world experimental conditions while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. They enable the systematic assessment of our method in modeling perturbation effects, including gene knockdowns and their impact on cellular phenotypes, critical for studying complex biological processes and validating the robustness of privacy-preserving INFL.<br>Specifically, we used human primary umbilical vascular endothelial cells (HUVECs) and silenced three 14-3-3 isoforms encoding genes, including YWHAB, YWHAE and YWHAH. 本数据集为INFL模型专用私有数据(论文链接:xxx)。针对生物医学研究中数据异质性与隐私保护的双重挑战,我们专门收集了定制化私有数据集,用于评估我们的模型在基因扰动任务中的性能。
该数据集旨在模拟真实实验场景,同时严格遵循隐私法规要求,可支持对我们的方法进行系统性评估,以验证其在建模扰动效应(涵盖基因敲低及其对细胞表型的影响)中的表现,这对研究复杂生物过程以及验证隐私保护型INFL模型的鲁棒性至关重要。
具体而言,我们使用人原代脐静脉内皮细胞(human primary umbilical vascular endothelial cells, HUVECs),沉默了3个编码14-3-3蛋白亚型的基因,分别为YWHAB、YWHAE与YWHAH。随后,我们对对照组与YWHA基因敲低组均开展了单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq)。我们已提供所有原始scRNA-seq测序数据。文件信息如下:./SCR:对照组;./Sh-B:YWHAB扰动组;./Sh-E:YWHAE扰动组;./Sh-H:YWHAH扰动组。
