Activities of tritiumu in seawater from T/S Oshoro maru 2023 Arctic Cruise / C145

A 1 L of seawater sample was distilled by evapolation system, then distilled water was concentrated by electrolyc enrichsystem to about 50 ml.Enriched sample (10 mL) was mixed with 10 mL of scintillation cocktail (PerkinElmer, Ultima Gold maicro-LLT). Beta rays from the sample were measured using a low background liquid scintillation counter (Quantarous, PerkinElmer,Japan) with application for high volume counting for 2000 min. All the data were decay-corrected to the sampling date.取1升海水样品，通过蒸发系统（evaporation system）进行蒸馏处理，随后将所得蒸馏水通过电解富集系统（electrolytic enrichment system）浓缩至约50毫升。取浓缩后的样品10毫升，与10毫升闪烁液（scintillation cocktail，PerkinElmer，Ultima Gold micro-LLT）混合。采用低本底液体闪烁计数器（liquid scintillation counter，Quantarous，PerkinElmer，日本）对样品中的β射线进行测量，采用大体积计数模式，持续计数2000分钟。所有数据均已按采样日期完成衰变校正（decay correction）。
