资源简介:

Participants listened to each of the 85 music excerpts following a resting period of 3 to 4.5 seconds to prevent habituation to the onset of the subsequent excerpt. After each listening session, participants assessed their familiarity using a Likert scale ranging from 1 (unfamiliar) to 7 (familiar). Selecting a number above 4 (i.e., "5, 6, or 7") indicated that they were familiar with the excerpt and could anticipate the following tones. In contrast, choosing a number below 4 (i.e., "1, 2, or 3") suggested that they were unfamiliar with the excerpt and had not heard it before. A response of "4" indicated uncertainty regarding their familiarity. Before making their selections, participants identified the composer, the title of the piece, or the context in which they had heard the music. This process was designed to ensure that participants remained focused and did not respond randomly. A complete list of the music excerpts can be found in our previous study (Malekmohammadi et al., 2023).
