Features regarding. Accessibility (according to DELFI e.V.) of stops in Germany according to VDV-462

As part of the "OPENER next" project, information on properties and barriers at stops was collected using the <a href="https://openstop.app/">OpenStop</a> app developed in the project. The basis for this collection is the <a href=https://www.delfi.de/media/delfi_handbuch_barrierefreie_reiseketten_1._auflage_mai_2018.pdf">Handbuch - Barrierefreie Reiseketten in the passenger information </a> of DELFI e.V. All collected data was made available openly and freely on OpenStreetMap. The data offered here is a conversion of the data collected in OpenStreetMap according to VDV-462. The conversion or export was created with the help of a <a href="https://github.com/OPENER-next/osm2vdv462">Tools</a> also developed in the project and covers the whole of Germany.作为“OPENER next”项目的组成部分，研究团队借助项目自研的<a href="https://openstop.app/">OpenStop</a>应用程序，采集了公交站点的属性及通行障碍相关信息。本次采集工作的依据为DELFI e.V.发布的《无障碍出行链乘客信息手册》，该手册于2018年5月发行第1版，详情可参见<a href=https://www.delfi.de/media/delfi_handbuch_barrierefreie_reiseketten_1._auflage_mai_2018.pdf>此链接</a>。所有采集所得数据均已在开放街道地图（OpenStreetMap）平台上公开免费发布。 本次提供的数据为依据VDV-462标准对OpenStreetMap平台采集的数据进行转换后的产物。本次转换或导出工作借助项目自研的<a href="https://github.com/OPENER-next/osm2vdv462">Tools</a>工具完成，覆盖德国全境。
