SSR data for Didymella tanaceti 2012 Tasmanian Population

本数据集为2012年于澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚州采集的除虫菊生小壳菌（*Didymella tanaceti*）种群的简单序列重复（Simple Sequence Repeat，SSR）等位基因重复数.csv文件。本数据集采用GenAlEx格式存储，可直接上传至R语言的Poppr分析包。分离株列包含该种群中每个分离株的唯一识别编码。种群列（Pop）标注了本次分析所用的六级层级结构：1. TAS：代表整体种群；2. AUG/NOV：采样时间，其中AUG为8月采样，NOV为11月采样；3. SASS/TABLE：试验田采样点位，SASS为塔斯马尼亚州萨瑟拉斯（Sassafrass）试验田，TABLE为塔斯马尼亚州桌角（Table Cape）试验田；4. 51907/63242/70047/70046：具体采样田块编号；5. 1/2：试验田内的样带编号；6. 1/2：分离株交配型，其中1对应Mat1-1型，2对应Mat1-2型。SSR引物的详细信息参见表1。
