This dataset contains hourly mpg movies from VHS tapes of videos taken from the NOAA Twin Otter during the SHEBA project. Videos on each flight were shot in the downward direction.
本数据集收录了SHEBA项目期间，由美国国家海洋和大气管理局（National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration，NOAA）双水獭（Twin Otter）飞机拍摄的VHS录像带中的每小时MPG格式影片。每次飞行所拍摄的视频均采用朝下拍摄的视角。
