以错误发现率(False Discovery Rate, FDR)为筛选阈值,展示了前10条受影响最显著的通路,分别对应(1)低糖尿病风险组(low diabetes risk, LR)以及(2)胰岛素自身抗体(Insulin Autoantibody, IAA)阳性低糖尿病风险组相较于其余组别(Study 2)的对比分析结果。 完整通路分析结果详见Table S1。 本研究对10只19周龄雌性非肥胖糖尿病小鼠(NOD mice)的胰岛组织开展转录组学检测,受试小鼠具体分组如下:3例IAA阳性低糖尿病风险组(IAA+ LR)、2例IAA阴性低糖尿病风险组(IAA− LR)、2例IAA阳性高糖尿病风险组(high diabetes risk, HR)及3例IAA阴性高糖尿病风险组(IAA− HR)。 其中,N代表通路内的基因数量;标准化富集得分(normalized enrichment score, NES);Source指基因列表的来源。
