Imaging and sequencing dataset of MCF10A cells responding to ligand treatments, accompanies jupyter-notebook based tutorial using the celltraj software package. Dataset includes live-cell imaging (48 hr duration, 20min intervals), segmentation masks (nuclear and voronoi partitions based upon nuclear centers), single-cell featurization and analysis data, and paired bulk RNA-sequencing data at 24 hours, see: Copperman, Jeremy, Ian C.
