Construct 3D tumor cell models by biological 3D printing . By comparing the transcriptome of the 3D bioprinted liver cancer cell model and the 2D cultured liver cancer cell models, we try to clarify the characteristics of the 3D bioprinted cancer model. The results will guide better clinical drug screening.
