Register of Native Title Claims

The Register of Native Title Claims is kept by the Native Title Registrar pursuant to s 185 of the NTA to hold information on claimant applications that have satisfied the registration requirements set out in ss 190B and 190C of the NTA. \r\n\r\nNative title claimants whose applications have been accepted for registration are afforded a number of procedural rights in relation to future acts that affect native title including the right to negotiate, the right to be notified, the right to comment, the right to request consultation, or the right to object as prescribed under the NTA.

原住民土地权（Native Title）权利主张登记册由原住民土地权登记官依照《原住民土地权法》（Native Title Act，以下简称NTA）第185条的规定负责维护，用于存储已满足该法第190B条及第190C条规定的登记要求的权利主张申请相关信息。

其申请已获登记受理的原住民土地权主张人，可依据NTA的相关规定，针对影响原住民土地权的未来行为享有多项程序权利，具体包括协商权、被告知权、评论权、请求磋商权以及异议权。
