Intracellular zinc protects tumors from T cell-mediated cytotoxicity [E0771 RNAseq]

We performed RNA sequencing on parental (WT) and Cbfb-deficient (CbfbKO) E0771 cells. Cells were generated by electroporation with Cas9-sgRNA complexes using a non-targeting sgRNA (WT) or Cbfb-targeting sgRNA (CbfbKO) Overall design: At least 1 week after electroporation with Cas9-sgRNA (non-targeting or Cbfb-targeting), KO was confirmed by western blot and approximately 1 million WT and CbfbKO cells were collected for RNA extraction and sequencing. 3 replicates per group were collected.
