Higher productivity in forests with mixed mycorrhizal strategies

Dataset, readme, and r script used for "High productivity in forest with mixed mycorrhizal strategies" (Luo et al. Nature Communications) <br> This dataset includes 74,563 forest inventory plots, spanning 35 ecoregions in the contiguous USA. Total aboveground biomass, tree species richness, stand age, elevation, slope, and physiographic class were extracted from the FIA database. Climatic information and soil pH were added to each plot. <br>

本数据集、配套说明文档及R脚本为Luo等人发表于《自然-通讯》（Nature Communications）的论文《混合菌根策略森林的高生产力》（High productivity in forest with mixed mycorrhizal strategies）所使用。本数据集包含74563块森林清查样地，覆盖美国本土的35个生态区（ecoregion）。研究人员从美国森林清查与分析数据库（Forest Inventory and Analysis, FIA）中提取了总地上生物量、树种丰富度、林分年龄、海拔、坡度及地貌类别等数据，并为每块样地补充了气候信息与土壤pH值。
