This dataset is derived from high-throughput phenotyping of over 7,000 yeast cell cycle mutants on six different media types. Multiple independent biological replicates (average of 12) were created for every possible double mutant combination of 36 cell cycle genes. Those mutants were phenotyped by measuring growth rates over time on six different media types.
本数据集源自6种不同培养基类型下7000余株酵母细胞周期突变体的高通量表型分析。针对36个细胞周期基因的所有潜在双突变组合,均设置了平均12次的独立生物学重复。上述突变体的表型分析通过随时间动态测量生长速率完成,测试覆盖6种不同培养基类型。
