Lone Pine, Odessa, Sand Beach, and Thunder lakes, and Matlab code used for analysis and creation of figures 2-4. The archive contains five directories, each with an individual readMe.txt file: 1_ageDepthData, 2_charcoalData, 3_pollenData, 4_syntheticData, 5_code.
