Based on the quantitative relationship dataset between modern Poaceae subfamilies and climate, the phytolith assemblages from the Lantian Duaniapo Section were used to quantitatively reconstruct the paleotemperature and paleoprecipitation sequences over the past ~11 Ma via the coexistence factor approach.
