Cranial nerve impairment in granulomatosis with polyangeitis (GPA) C-ANCA negative

ABSTRACT This report aims to show an unusual case of granulomatosis with polyangeitis (GPA), previously known as Wegener’s granulomatosis. It is a multisystemic disease characterized by necrotizing granulomatous inflammation and vasculitis involving mainly the upper and lower respiratory tract, although not infrequently, there is neurological impairment.摘要 本报告旨在展示一例罕见的肉芽肿性多血管炎（granulomatosis with polyangeitis, GPA）病例，该病既往又称韦格纳肉芽肿（Wegener’s granulomatosis）。该疾病为多系统疾病，以坏死性肉芽肿性炎症和血管炎为特征，主要累及上下呼吸道，但亦常出现神经系统受累。
