Average AUC for per chromosome classification experiments.

Table 3 lists the average AUC for per chromosome classifiers, where training data was isolated from all autosomes (save one) and used to train a classifier to classify occupancy of TFBS on the held out chromosome. This is therefore the average across 22 such experiments for each TF.
