The Ordinance on the Rissen 9 development plan of 18 April 1967 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 139) is amended as follows:
1. In the drawings, single-storey pure residential area in open construction is defined for the area of Tinsdaler Kirchenweg, Wittenbergener Weg and Herwigredder. The building boundaries have distances of 14 m to the Wittenbergener Weg, 8 m to the Tinsdaler Kirchenweg, 7 m to the Herwigredder, 5 m to the Stichstraße and 5 m to the public green area. The basement and floor area figures are determined in accordance with Section 17(1) of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I page 1764).
2. For rear-facing buildings in the residential area referred to in point 1, the roof pitch shall be limited to a maximum of 45 degrees.

1. 在设计图纸中,廷斯代尔教堂路(Tinsdaler Kirchenweg)、维滕贝格恩路(Wittenbergener Weg)与赫维格雷德尔路(Herwigredder)沿线区域被划定为开放式建造单层纯居住区。建筑边界与维滕贝格恩路的间距为14米,与廷斯代尔教堂路的间距为8米,与赫维格雷德尔路的间距为7米,与施蒂希街(Stichstraße)的间距为5米,与公共绿地的间距为5米。地下室与建筑面积的计算标准依照1977年9月15日修订版《建筑使用条例》(Building Use Ordinance)第17条第1款执行(载于《联邦法律公报第一辑》第1764页)。
2. 本条第1款所述居住区内的背向建筑,其屋顶坡度不得超过45度。
