PRIORITIES IN THE FIELD OF SPIRITUAL AND EDUCATIONAL REFORMS IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This scientific article provides a scientific and theoretical analysis of the content and priority areas of spiritual and educational reforms being implemented in the context of New Uzbekistan. The issues of glorifying human dignity, preserving and developing national values, and educating young people in a spiritually perfect manner are highlighted. The need to improve spiritual and educational policy based on the harmony of national and universal values in the context of globalization is also substantiated.本学术文章针对“新乌兹别克斯坦”语境下正在推行的精神教育改革的内容与优先发展方向，开展科学理论层面的系统分析。文章着重阐释了彰显人类尊严、守护并弘扬民族价值、以精神臻善之境培育青年等核心议题，同时论证了在全球化背景下，依托民族价值与普世价值的和谐统一，完善精神教育政策的必要性。
