This dataset contains the raw numerical data supporting the article: Quantum-classical study of charge transport in organic semiconductors with multiple low-frequency vibrational modesAccepted for publication in Physical Review B (arXiv: [2511.11981](https://arxiv.org/abs/2511.11981)). The data correspond directly to the results presented in Figures 1, 2, and 3 of the manuscript. Dataset structure The files are organized into three main folders:- Fig_1/ — Data for Figure 1 - Fig_2/ — Data for Figure 2 - Fig_3/ — Data for Figure 3 Each folder contains plain-text (.txt) files with numerical results. File format details - The first few lines (header/comments) of each .txt file provide: - A detailed description of the plotted/calculated quantity - The physical/ computational regime and key parameters (e.g., coupling strengths, frequencies, temperatures, system sizes) - The name of the method used for calculation- The numerical data follow immediately after the header in two-column format: - Column 1: independent variable (e.g., time, frequency) - Column 2: dependent quantity (e.g., time-dependent diffusion, frequency-dependent mobility) All data were generated using the quantum-classical methods described in the paper.
