The article explores the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) with Mobile Edge Computing using a Software-Defined Networking (SDN) approach. The main goal is to enhance network efficiency and management in IoT environments by leveraging SDN capabilities at the edge.SDN enables centralized network control, allowing for dynamic configuration and programmability of network infrastructure. The study highlights how this approach can improve the performance of IoT applications deployed at the edge while ensuring efficient resource utilization.In conclusion, adopting SDN within Edge Computing for IoT offers new opportunities for creating smarter and more adaptable networks, capable of meeting growing demands for connectivity and data processing at the networks periphery.The combination of IoT and Mobile Edge Computing provides significant advantages in terms of data proximity and reduced latency for applications. However, effective resource management remains a major challenge. This article proposes an SDN-oriented approach to improve resource handling in this context. By applying SDN principles, the approach enables more dynamic orchestration of network resources, leading to better adaptation to changing IoT application needs and more efficient resource allocation.

本文探讨了采用软件定义网络(Software-Defined Networking, SDN)方法实现物联网(Internet of Things, IoT)与移动边缘计算的融合。其核心研究目标是通过在边缘侧运用软件定义网络的能力,提升物联网环境中的网络效率与管理水平。软件定义网络可实现集中式网络管控,支持网络基础设施的动态配置与可编程性。本研究阐明了该方案能够在保障资源高效利用的同时,优化边缘部署的物联网应用性能。 综上,在面向物联网的边缘计算中引入软件定义网络,可为构建更智能、更具适应性的网络提供全新机遇,能够满足网络边缘日益增长的连接与数据处理需求。 物联网与移动边缘计算的结合,在应用的数据就近处理与延迟降低方面具备显著优势,但高效的资源管理仍是一项重大挑战。本文提出了一种面向软件定义网络的解决方案,以优化此场景下的资源调度。通过应用软件定义网络的核心原则,该方案可实现网络资源的动态编排,从而更好地适配物联网应用不断变化的需求,并实现更高效的资源分配。
