Phylogenetic datasets for genes discussed in Stairs et al. (in prep).<br><br>Each zip file contains five files with the following suffixes.<br><br>*.fasta -- Dataset (taxa IDs and taxonomy are included in the fasta headers)<br>*.ma.fasta -- Mafft-linsi alignment<br>*.ma.bm.fasta -- Mafft-linsi alignment masked with BMGE<br>*.log -- IQTREE log file<br>*.treefile -- IQTREE tree file<br><br><br><br><br>
