Gene expression profle at single cell level of lacrimal gland

The lacrimal gland (LG) is essential for tear secretion and plays a critical role in dry eye disease (DED). This study utilized single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to investigate the cellular diversity of the LG in both normal and DED conditions. Overall design: Samples were collected from normal control mice, dry eye mice induced by scopolamine (SCOP) and dry stress (DS), and dry eye mice treated with tamsulosin for single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq).
