Outputs from the JULES dynamic global vegetation model are provided for two global simulations. One forced by CRU-NCEP v5 climate data for the period 1901-2014 and one forced by bias-corrected IPSL-CM5A-LR RCP 8.5 climate data for the period 1901-2099. Only potential natural vegetation was simulated, i.e. no human land-use. Both simulations are at 1.875 x 1.25 degree spatial resolution. Carbon turnover fluxes for live vegetation for each individual turnover-causing process in the model were outputted individually. For a full description of the simulations, please refer to the accompanying paper.

本数据集提供了基于JULES动态全球植被模型(JULES dynamic global vegetation model)的两组全球模拟结果。其中一组以CRU-NCEP v5气候数据作为强迫场,模拟时段为1901-2014年;另一组以经过偏差校正的IPSL-CM5A-LR RCP 8.5气候数据作为强迫场,模拟时段为1901-2099年。本次模拟仅考虑潜在自然植被,未纳入人类土地利用活动。两组模拟的空间分辨率均为1.875×1.25度。模型中针对每一个引发植被周转的过程,分别输出了活体植被的碳周转通量。如需了解模拟实验的完整细节,请参阅随附的研究论文。
