Location of the 2016 Council-adopted Transportation Needs projects for King County including funded (Capital Improvement Program-CIP) and unfunded projects. The Transportation Needs Report (TNR) is a long-term, comprehensive list of recommended improvements to serve unincorporated King County's transportation needs. It includes transportation needs in unincorporated King County and significant projects in cities, adjacent counties, and on state highways.
