The data is divided in subcategories: bnf_data, clinical_trials, coloc, drug_target_mr, drug_target_mvmr, phewas and tissue_expression, based on the different sections of the main results.<br>- **scripts**: includes the python code (`.ipynb`) used to generate the figures in the main body and supplementary materials. `Fig2_Fig3B_SuppFig1-3-4-34-5-33B.ipynb` has the code to generate Figure 2, Figure 3B, Supplementary Figure 1, Supplementary Figure 3, Supplementary Figure 4, Supplementary Figure 34, Supplementary Figure 5B - Supplementary Figure33 B. `Fig3A_SuppFig5-33A.ipynb` includes the code for Figure 3A, Supplementary Figure 5A to Supplementary Figure 33A. `Fig3C_SuppFig5-33C.ipynb` includes the code for Figure 3A, Supplementary Figure 5A to Supplementary Figure 33A. `SuppFig2.ipynb` includes the code for the Supplementary Figure 2.<br>Please contact Maria Gordillo-Maranon for any queries: [e-mail]<br>
