The nuclear whole genome of Ainsliaea gracilis Franch. (Pertyeae, Asteraceae) is firstly sequenced and assembled to chromosome-level by us (Sichuan Normal University, corresponding author: Prof. Dr. Zhixi Fu, fuzx2017@sicnu.edu.cn). The genome assembly and high-quality annotations are provided in this website.
