DC3: UAH Mobile Alabama Sounding Data. Version 1.0

This is one of the upper air data sets developed for the Deep Convective Clouds and Chemistry Project (DC3) 2012 project. This data set includes 22 high vertical resolution (1-sec) soundings from the UAH Mobile site taken in locations around northern Alabama and southern Tennessee from 15 May to 15 June 2012. These data were provided by the University of Alabama-Huntsville. NCAR/EOL converted the soundings to ESC format and passed them through a QC process.

本数据集为2012年深对流云与化学项目（Deep Convective Clouds and Chemistry Project，简称DC3）所研发的高空数据集之一。本数据集包含2012年5月15日至6月15日期间，于阿拉巴马州北部与田纳西州南部周边区域采集的、来自阿拉巴马大学亨茨维尔分校（University of Alabama-Huntsville，简称UAH）移动观测站点的22组高垂直分辨率（1秒采样）探空观测数据。该批数据由阿拉巴马大学亨茨维尔分校提供。美国国家大气研究中心高空观测实验室（NCAR/EOL）将上述探空观测数据转换为ESC格式，并完成了质量控制（Quality Control，QC）流程。
