Global Burden of Disease Study 2010 (GBD 2010) Results by Cause 1990-2010

The GBD Study 2010 estimated the burden of diseases, injuries, and risk factors globally and for 21 regions for 1990 and 2010. The study was implemented as a collaboration of Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) as coordinating center, University of Queensland, Harvard School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, University of Tokyo, Imperial College London, and WHO. This dataset provides four metrics with uncertainty intervals for 291 diseases and injuries: deaths, years of life lost (YLLs), years lived with disability (YLDs), and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) by region, age, and sex. The results were published in The Lancet in December 2012 in "Global and regional mortality from 235 causes of death for 20 age groups," "Years lived with disability (YLDs) for 1160 sequelae of 289 diseases and injuries 1990-2010," and "Disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) for 291 diseases and injuries in 21 regions, 1990-2010."

2010年全球疾病负担研究（Global Burden of Disease Study 2010，简称GBD Study 2010）针对1990年与2010年两个时间节点，系统估算了全球及21个地区的疾病、损伤与风险因素所致疾病负担。本研究由健康指标与评估研究所（Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, IHME）担任协调中心，联合昆士兰大学、哈佛大学公共卫生学院、约翰斯·霍普金斯大学布隆伯格公共卫生学院、东京大学、伦敦帝国理工学院及世界卫生组织（WHO）共同实施。本数据集提供了按地区、年龄与性别分组的291种疾病与损伤的四类指标及对应不确定性区间，分别为死亡数、寿命损失年（years of life lost, YLLs）、伤残生存年（years lived with disability, YLDs）与伤残调整寿命年（disability-adjusted life years, DALYs）。相关研究成果于2012年12月发表于《柳叶刀》期刊，刊载了三篇主题论文：《1990-2010年20个年龄组235种死因的全球及地区死亡率》、《1990-2010年289种疾病与损伤的1160种后遗症对应的伤残生存年（YLDs）》以及《1990-2010年21个地区291种疾病与损伤对应的伤残调整寿命年（DALYs）》。
