Geography, climate and habitat shape the microbiome of the endangered rock gnome lichen (Cetradonia linearis)

The goal of this project was to investigate the microbiome of the lichen Cetradonia linearis. We aimed to test what factors shape the community composition and diversity of bacteria in the lichen thallus.
