Data of: Areas of endemism persist through time: a palaeoclimatic analysis in the Mexican Transition Zone

The files are the localities used to run the Maxent models, the maxent outputs (rasters and Maxent models in RDS files), and the files used to run the Parsimony Analysis of Endemicity.
