Metatranscriptomes of deep-sea corals and their microbial associates

As part of a study to investigate the effects of seepage on corals and their microbial associates, the metatranscriptome of corals was sequenced to understand gene expression of their microbial associates. The dataset contains bioSample accession numbers of sequences, dates, depth, longitude and latitude of sample collection.

本研究旨在探究渗流对珊瑚及其共生微生物的影响，为此对珊瑚宏转录组（metatranscriptome）进行测序，以解析其共生微生物的基因表达特征。本数据集包含测序序列的生物样本登录号、样本采集日期、采集深度、经度及纬度信息。
