Investigating red pigment production by Penicillium purpurogenum DSM 62866 - Thesis dataset

This is the dataset relevant to the PhD thesis titled "Investigating red pigment production by <em>Penicillium purpurogenum</em> DSM 62866." Red pigment production by this filamentous fungus was investigated using a range of cultivation conditions; medium compositions; and growth scales, including agar plate, multiwell plate, shake flask and benchtop bioreactor cultivation.本数据集与题为《紫红青霉（*Penicillium purpurogenum*）DSM 62866产红色色素研究》的博士学位论文相关。针对该丝状真菌的红色色素生产特性，本研究通过多种培养条件、培养基组成及培养规模展开系统探究，所采用的培养体系涵盖琼脂平板、多孔板、摇瓶与台式生物反应器培养。
