An R script to calculate LD50s with 95% CLs, judge the significance between two LD50s, and measure parallelism of response –log(dose) lines using probit/logit-log(dose) model.
本R脚本可实现如下功能：计算半数致死量（LD50）及其95%置信限（95% CLs），对两个半数致死量进行显著性差异检验，同时基于概率单位法（probit）或logit-对数剂量模型（logit-log(dose) model），评估反应值与–log(剂量)拟合直线的平行性。
