After whole genome sequencing, it was confirmed that the strain belonged to Aerococcus urinaeequi. At present, human and animal infections of Aerococcus urinaeequi have been reported. The whole genome data of this strain can enrich the whole gene database of the strain and provide data help for subsequent research on Aerococcus urinaeequi.
