Data set for Global quantitative synthesis of ecosystem functioning across climatic zones and ecosystem types

Dataset used in the publication: " Global quantitative synthesis of ecosystem functioning across climatic zones and ecosystem types". The dataset gathers estimates of ecosystem standing stocks (biomass, organic carbon, detritus), fluxes (GPP, ER, NEP) and process rates (decomposition and carbon uptake rates) for eight broad ecosystem types (forest, grassland, agroecosystem, desert, stream, lake, pelagic and benthic marine ecosystems) in five broad climatic zones (arctic, boreal, arid, temperate, tropical, arid). The scripts to produce the figures and the statistics of the publication are released along with the txt version of the data, which file is uploaded when running the script.
本数据集为发表于《全球跨气候带与生态系统类型的生态系统功能定量综合研究》的学术论文所用。本数据集收录了8类宽泛生态系统类型(森林、草原、农田生态系统、荒漠、溪流、湖泊、远洋海洋生态系统与底栖海洋生态系统)在5个宽泛气候带(北极带、寒温带、干旱带、温带、热带,原文存在重复的干旱带条目)的相关估算数据,涵盖生态系统现存量(生物量、有机碳、碎屑)、通量(总初级生产力(Gross Primary Productivity, GPP)、生态系统呼吸(Ecosystem Respiration, ER)、净生态系统生产力(Net Ecosystem Productivity, NEP))以及过程速率(分解速率与碳吸收速率)三类指标。用于生成该论文图表与统计分析结果的脚本已随数据的TXT版本一同发布,运行脚本时将自动加载该数据文件。
