Investment intentions in the retail supply chain in the U.S. 2020

According to a survey from 2020, the pandemic crisis encouraged the decision makers in the retail and consumer goods industry to invest more in omnichannel fuilfillment. This was the priority for 58.6 percent of respondents, followed by higher investment in productive planning and demand forecasting.
