"Bitter Memory of Childhood" sculpture as a part of the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide, Kyiv, Ukraine. Ukraine's national museum is a world-class centre devoted to the victims of the Holodomor of 1932-1933. The museum was opened on the day of the 75th anniversary of the Holodomor in 2008 and gained the status of a national museum in 2010.
