Whole-genome sequencing analysis of two clinical Klebsiella oxytoca isolates from blood and urine cultures in Japan

This project focused on genomes of two clinical Klebsiella oxytoca isolates that showed low susceptibility to carbapenems and positive results by mCIM. It aimed to characterize their antimicrobial resistance using a combination of genome sequencing and various phenotypic assays.
