Data used for the article Sino-Belgian Research Collaborations and Chinese Military Power. The dataset contains data retrieved from the Scopus database on Sino-Belgian research collaborations in general, on critical technologies and with Chinese partners that have a very high- or high-risk of collaborating with the PLA.本数据集用于论文《中比科研合作与中国军事力量》（Sino-Belgian Research Collaborations and Chinese Military Power）。该数据集包含从斯科普斯数据库（Scopus）中提取的三类数据：涵盖通用层面的中比科研合作数据、聚焦关键技术领域的中比科研合作数据，以及与存在与中国人民解放军（People's Liberation Army，PLA）开展合作的极高或高风险的中方合作伙伴相关的中比科研合作数据。
