This file contains the raw phenotypic data of leaf spread area (“Area”, cm²), leaf folded area (“Area_fold”, cm²) and unfolding (“Unfolding”) calculated as the ratio between folded leaf area and spread leaf area. Three leaves (“Num_leaf”, F1 to F3) were photographed per cultivar (“CodeVar”), in one block (“Block”). A unique identifier (“Leaf”) was attributed to each leaf, aggregating its cultivar, block, row in the block (“Row”), position in the row (“Position”) and the number associated with the leaf (“Num_leaf”). The date of measurement (“Date”) is indicated. This dataset was analysed in the R scripts “BLUPs_extraction_all_traits.Rmd” to explore the variability of leaf area and unfolding and extract genotypic values (BLUPs) for both traits.

本文件包含叶片展开面积（leaf spread area，记为"Area"，单位为cm²）、叶片折叠面积（leaf folded area，记为"Area_fold"，单位为cm²）以及展开度（Unfolding）的原始表型数据（raw phenotypic data），其中展开度通过折叠叶片面积与展开叶片面积的比值计算得到。针对每个品种（CodeVar），在单个区组（Block）内拍摄3片叶片，叶片编号以F1至F3记录（对应字段Num_leaf）。为每片叶片分配唯一标识符（Leaf），该标识符整合了其所属品种、区组、区组内的行号（Row）、行内位置（Position）以及叶片编号（Num_leaf）。数据集标注了测量日期（Date）。本数据集已通过R脚本"BLUPs_extraction_all_traits.Rmd"开展分析，用于探究叶片面积与展开度的变异特征，并提取两个性状的遗传值（BLUPs）。
