Study of the functioning of the cephalothoracic cavity symbiosis in the hydrothermal shrimp Rimicaris exoculata from the Snake Pit site (MAR) via metatranscriptomic approaches. Comparison of data obtained from samples collected using different sampling tools: FISH, PERISCOP and suction sampler of submersible or after pressurized incubations in IPOCAMP with different energy substrates.
