XPlanning data set BPL “Maubacher Höhe, Part II”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Maubacher Höhe, Part II” of the town of Backnang from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Re-establishment in the area "Lerchenstraße, Blumenstraße, west of the building on Stuttgarter Straße. Krankenhausweg, Flst.No. 2470/1, 2471/2, Scheffelstraße, Flst.No. 2479, 2479/1”.开发规划（BPL）包含约束城市规划秩序的具有法律效力的规划细则。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制依据。本次可用数据集为巴克南镇（Backnang）基于XPlanung 5.0平台编制的《毛巴赫高地 第二部分》（Maubacher Höhe, Part II）开发规划。说明：本次规划针对以下区域开展重建工作：勒琴大街（Lerchenstraße）、布卢门大街（Blumenstraße）、斯图加特大街（Stuttgarter Straße）沿线建筑西侧区域、医院路（Krankenhausweg），以及地块编号Flst.No. 2470/1、2471/2对应的地块、舍夫尔大街（Scheffelstraße）及地块编号Flst.No. 2479、2479/1对应的区域。
